The Elevate Program is a series of high impact seminars and workshops to help students improve their study techniques, increase motivation, build confidence, and lift exam performance.
Elevate’s study skills seminars are designed to achieve behavioural change amongst students. It isn’t enough that students simply understand what they need to do in their study. The challenge in any study skills program is getting students to use and apply the skills they learn.
The program is about enhancing students study skills. Part of the training includes access for students and teachers to online resources.
Elevate for Parents
In partnership with Elevate Hastings Secondary College invites parents and carers to attend an Elevate Workshop to gain skills in supporting your child to succeed in their studies.
Elevate has17 years of research into student performance. Students consistently report that their parents play a critical role and impact their results.
Knowing this, the question is, what is the best way to support your child? How do you walk the fine line between supporting your child versus becoming the enemy? While all parents want to help their child succeed, knowing exactly how to do this can be downright confusing.
Elevate will break it down for parents in an interactive one hour session.
Two sessions have been scheduled on the 4 July at 8.30 am - 9.30 am and 5.30 am - 6.30 am at Port Macquarie Campus. These sessions are free of charge.
