Social connection is an essential part of everyone’s wellbeing, but when things aren’t great, it can feel really difficult to reach out. In the lead up to Mental Health Month 2018, we are highlighting some simple things people might like to try to help increase their social connection.
Sharing a stroll can be an easy way to catch up with someone without the intensity of face-to-face conversations, or you could walk a pet and connect that way.
