To support our students at Port Macquarie Campus every junior PE student has written at least three personal fitness goals for the year and has undertaken three fitness tests to get a base line of their fitness levels. The PE faculty’s aim is to support and promote physical activity for all and to encourage our students to self-improve in their fitness tests and increase their knowledge on being healthy – socially, mentally, spiritually and physically.
