Hospitality Westport Campus

Students from both year 11 and 12 Hospitality performed an outstanding job in the preparation service and presentation of this catering event. Some chosen year 9 and 10 Food Technology students were also given their first taste of how a function is executed, preparing them for their future in Hospitality.

All students were involved in the planning, budgeting, ordering, preparing, cooking, presenting and serving in this very prestigious event should be commended for their professionalism and industry standard performance.
