Backflips Against Bullying

Port Macquarie Campus Year 7 students embraced #SaferInternetDay on Tuesday 11 February to raise awareness about online safety to encourage everyone to help create a better internet.

'Backflips Against Bullying' engaged our Year 7 students in the topic of peer harassment by using comedy, flips, and tricks to captivate students to make a difference to their campus.

The unique presentation provided information to students on power dynamics when discussing instances of harassment, and delved into resilience, cyber-bullying, and real-world consequences.

These stories were told to students with a comedic and acrobatic twist, providing an engaging session on such an important topic.
