Fast Track to Employment (FT2E) program targets students less engaged with academic education but show a willingness to enter full time employment. Students will be withdrawn from timetabled classes twice a week to develop work readiness skills and will also participate in mentoring and coaching sessions plus work place visits.

This specialised class is limited to twelve students. Within this class individual instruction will be presented on how to communicate at work, building resilience, taking responsibility for self, specific employable skill development, community engagement and work experience.

Students will be introduced to local businesses and provided with on the job training. One of the outcomes of the course is that students will exit school and transition into full time employment. As students exit this program other students across both campuses will be invited to participate in this program.

The program is based around the relationships of four pillars; parents, students, business and local community.
