Then games club is for you.

Westport Campus Games Club

Westport Games Club is a social club for students to play roleplaying games, card games, board games, and strategy games.

These activities are done in the ‘old fashioned way,’ with modern and traditional boardgames, dice, boards, and social interaction.

Gaming enthusiast teachers provides student supervision and they also join in.

Games are a valuable learning tool, as they foster imagination, safe risk-taking, critical thinking, problem-solving and teamwork.

Additionally, games require students to use their numeracy and literacy skills, allowing them to squeeze in extra practice in the disguise of fun activities.

Westport Games Club meets every Friday after school at Westport Campus library, 2:15 pm to 5:15 pm. Participation is free. Light snacks and refreshments are available for students to purchase, all funds raised go to expanding our sizable games library.

Students wishing to join the club, please see Mr Hastings or Mr Bovey.
